About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our General Manager of US Operations. In this role, you will serve as a vital operational bridge between our teams in China and the United States, supporting cross-border business initiatives, operational tracking, and international freight logistics coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Documentation & Administration: Handle English-Chinese business correspondence, translation of critical documents, meeting minutes, and record management; track action items to ensure follow-through.

  • Executive & Project Support: Assist the General Manager of the US entity in aligning, managing, and driving cross-border projects between China and US stakeholders.

  • Cross-Border Business Enablement: Support day-to-day cross-border operations, maintain business ledgers, prepare performance and operational data reports, and help resolve workflow bottlenecks.

  • Global Logistics Tracking & Coordination: Liaise closely with the US team to monitor shipment status, verify logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs/commercial papers), and coordinate prompt resolutions for logistics exceptions or delays.

  • Cross-Functional Operations: Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned, facilitating seamless communication and alignment across both time zones.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin with professional business-level proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; outstanding recent graduates are welcome to apply (graduates from top-tier universities preferred).

  • Valued Background: Relevant experience in US-lane freight forwarding and international logistics is a strong plus.

  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to accommodate time differences between China and the US to collaborate effectively during overlapping business hours.

  • Industry Passion & Competencies: Genuine interest in global supply chain and logistics; sharp logical thinking, rapid learning agility, and high operational efficiency.

  • Personal Attributes: Strong execution capabilities, resilience under pressure, proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to China as business requires.
